I think it is for all itune members. I am not a u2 fan, but I doubt that is why I haven't gotten it.

I checked the purchased tab. I used to have another email address for itunes, maybe they sent it there?

but I don't care enough for u2 to find it. I think it was too big a task perhaps to reach everyone.
