I have a Casio G-shock watch. Digital. A tiny little built-in solar cell keeps its battery charged; shockproof; somewhat waterproof; stopwatch function; many other digitally-enabled features.
Sets itself by the NIST time signal daily.
But I most often use my "pocket watch" -- my iPhone.
