[apple-iphone] Efax scam

 

Hi Group - I was expecting a fax from my husbands doctor while on vacation. Unfortunately I got the efax scam letter the same day so thought it was from the doctor. I downloaded the zip file and tried to open it in winzip, good reader and adobe reader. Winzip got me to a pif file which could not be opened on the iPhone. I realized then and there that I had been scammed big time. I deleted winzip and adobe reader apps as I rarely use them. My question is am I in danger when I get home and sync my iPhone to my WINDOWS computer. If so is there a way to prevent infection? What a dumb a-- I am!!
