Yep, was released something like the day the phone's were announced. I
assume Apple has to give iOS to the manufacturer well in advance of when
they release it to the public, so any last minute fixes that can go in
the downloadable version don't get in the version that comes with the
device, thus the need for a quick update for new devices.
