[apple-iphone] Reverting to an older version of an app

 

HI All - I updated an app on my ipad 4 Astraware solitaire. My husband
plays the Klondike game. He HATES the new layout, finds it hard to discern
the cards and there are extra steps to restart a game. (The design has
taken on that flat ios 7 look!!)
I retrieved the old ipa from the recycle bin. Is it possible to delete
the new version and use the old ipa?? Is there a certain sequence I should
follow in deleting the app from the ipad, iphone and itunes?
