Alice,
I own a lot of birding apps that I use a lot. These are the often huge apps. I got the extra space to get more birding apps. I do use those and keep records of bird sightings and belong to various bird groups. IBird Explorer Pro is my favorite app and is a huge one. I have Audubon and Peterson and other IBird apps that are huge. Those are my favorite apps and take up a LOT of space. I also download free apps constantly and just try them out and dump them. I also have a lot of huge medical reference apps for my job. But I have been weeding out and that is ongoing. The bird and medical reference apps take up a lot of space. But I do use them. The others are smaller and come and go depending on what I am using at the moment. I got more space specifically because even with almost no other apps on my old phone I could not even update my birding apps.
