[apple-iphone] Notifications problem

 

Hi all

I have an earthquake app which I just turned Notifications on, one of our parts of NZ are having major quakes. They are every two minutes at times so I decided to turn them off. The notifications keep arriving. I checked Settings and the app is in the Not In Notifications Center. I have restarted the iPhone 5, and ensured the app is not in the multi tasking bar.

Any ideas?
