I had been texting my husband for several days and wondering why he wasn't answering. he was not getting the texts.
we recently went out of the country however I did not have this problem with anyone other than him (my son uses SMS only and iMessage to my daughter works for some odd reason.
things I tried after much research
1) resetting network settings
2) turning iMessage on and off
3) turning iMessage off and rebooting phone by holding down power and home key then turning iMessage back on
4) resetting all phone settings
If I send an iMessage or a text to any iPhone with my iMessage turned on they don't receive it.
I have iMessage turned off now but I would prefer to have it. I am worried some of my patients won't be able to get in touch with me. About 70% have iPhones.
