[apple-iphone] iCloud REMOVED all my Outlook Contacts

 

When I foolishly allowed my iPhone to sync with my outlook contacts for
iCloud, I wasn't aware it would actually REMOVE all of my contacts from my
Outlook Address book. Perhaps there was a setting I missed but it's now
done. Now I have to either open iCloud from my desktop, put in my id and
password, then look up my contact info when needing email or land based
addresses. Plus, Outlook now won't allow me to enter new contacts into my
address book. I entered it into the iCloud contacts but it doesn't show up
in my Outlook Address book. What a mess I've created for myself.

Would anyone know if it is possible to reverse the procedure and repopulate
my Outlook Address Book on my desktop?
