The question is how can I access my iPhone to connect to the Internet?

The answer would be to open Safari, If you have not changed anything Safari will open Apple's website that's on the Internet. If the question is about using the iPhone as a hotspot for accessing the Internet. I can't help because I don't use my iPhone as a hotspot. I do know you can turn on hotspot use in Settings.
