[apple-iphone] iPhone is not ringing

 

I had an iPhone 4S stolen and received an insurance replacement, restored thru iTunes and updated the numbers with ATT. The phone vibrates with texts, but does not ring with a phone call. I went thru the prefs, but cannot find anything turned off. Volume is up.

Any advice about troubleshooting this would be appreciated. Could this be a SIM card problem?
