Did you get your iPhone5 directly from Apple or AT&T. Would it have made
a different which one you got it from?

They apologized up and down for the first one and even gave me a welcomed and
totally unexpected iGift :-)
... and this is yet another reason I will continue to be a loyal Apple Fan
