Apple, being in "the west" uses roundabout because that's what we call them here, I'm guessing. Freeways are not toll roads. Freeways are paid for by our tax dollars. I don't know if there are freeways in the Midwest, south or east or not. When I visited the NYC/NJ area, every road I was on was a toll road, except when on city streets.
