I went with the 16gb, and deleted all my pics, the only time I looked at them was on the PC anyway. I really don't know how to completely delete aps, but I am ready to uncheck the ones I don't use in iTunes, I think that will take them off the phone when I sync. I would like to know how to completely delete them. Do you know how?
