[apple-iphone] Iphone5, restore or reload

 

We just got a 5 & want to set it up exactly as the 4s it's replacing. In the past I've done restores using the older iPhone's backup. Someone said users were seeing much faster performance when they took the time to load apps, music, fotos, etc manually, recreate folders. Clearly more work. Is it needed or preferred?

Suggestions?
