[apple-iphone] Calendar/tasks for kid?

 

Is there a program or combination of programs that meets all these
criteria for both calendar and todo's:

-available on iPhone AND PC
-sync via online service (as pc does not sync to phone)
-available when PC and iPhone do not have an internet connection

We do have a paid version of Outlook, if that helps, but we don't want
to sync the iphone directly with the PC (because this iPhone is
syncing directly with *my* pc) I'm thinking syncing outlook calendar
and tasks to google calendar and tasks, will that work?
