Jeanne, all the podcasts in the iTunes store is not enough content?

There are two sections to the new app. One is podcasts that you are already subscribed to and the other is whatever is available in the iTunes Store.

I did notice that only the audio podcasts that I am signed up for are showing on my iPhone, but not the video ones. So to me, it just seems like Apple is just poorly duplicating what we already have.
