[apple-iphone] Re: Podcast Listeners Rejoice

 

I'm getting both audio and video podcasts to show on the app.

I'm still not certain why the need to break these things out into standalone programs. First the iPod app is split into Music and Video. Now the Video app essentially becomes useless (to me, at least) with video podcasts going into the podcasts app. So now we have separate apps to play music, videos and podcasts when one app used to handle all just fine. And it is now essentially 3x the size, space that could've been used for storage for more apps, pics, songs, whatever. I thought streamlining and multitasking was the goal.

True, the podcasts app isn't a locked-in app (yet), so I think I may dump it for now and go back to the default music and video apps.
