[apple-iphone] iTunes & iPhone 4 OS Upgrade

 

- PC is WinXP Pro SP3 with all critical updates installed
- iTunes is v 10.3.1.55
- iPhone 4 iOs 4.2.10

been holding off on the iOS upgrade but i'm now ready to do the upgrade.

questions:
- do i *need* to upgrade iTunes before the iPhone upgrade or does one have
nothing to do with the other?
- will the iTunes upgrade run and play nice with Windows XP?
