[apple-iphone] iOS, shortcuts shuffling

 

(cross-posted to iPad and iPhone groups)

I'm redistributing my icons across folders on my Home screen.
(I have around 600 apps installed, and I want to sort them in some
detail, as a preparation for eventually uninstalling a lot.)

This causes my iPad 2 (iOS 5.1.1) to freeze (and require a reboot)
after almost every other move.
