I too have thought about Sprint, but you are right, I hear no one talking about it. One friend did tell me that she thought their overall service plans were more expensive than Verizon or AT&T.
I'm kind of stuck however... I have four family members on my plans and their contract dates all end at different times. So when the new iphone 5 comes out, in order for me to trade mine in for no cost (assuming Radio Shack and maybe Best Buy still will do that) then I am stuck to sign up with AT&T another two years.
If Verizon stops grandfathering unlimited data, then I'm in trouble at AT&T.
I'm sorry, but I still get a bit angry over this... they sold us a bill of goods with the new iphone, then they retracted it. The unlimited plans
still cost a lot of money/month and the limited plans are making prisoners of those who have them to checking on it all the time or if you forget and go over it is another $25 or so down the drain. New apps seem to come down already set up to push or send notifications... that takes up data also. I have friends with iphones (since they have become so popular) that when I explain how to use their iphone to save data, they have no idea what I am talking about and it goes right over their head and they don't seem all that interested in the details (until I suppose they start getting notices about getting close to going over their data plan).
end of rant. LOL
