iTunes is another way of backing up your iPhone and iPad. It's a measure I use just in case iCloud should go down for any reason. Once you have set up iTunes to wifi sync with your iPhone and iPad you can go into settings on your iPhone and iPad and wirelessly sync. I also have a hard drive I have backed up my entire iMac onto that I keep at my parents house just in case something should happen like a fire or a break-in. The hard drive will be coming back to me on Easter so I can erase the drive and back up my iMac again. I'll take it back to my parents the next time I visit.
