you may be referring to a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of the
lawyers, ooops, i mean apple's customers. here's the info:

I recently heard that owners of the iPhone 4 could get a $15 refund from
Apple if they didn't get a bumper. Is that true? If anyone has any info
regarding this refund, I'd really appreciate it.
