Hi Alice,
If I were you I would contact the company. It sounds like you have a corrupt update. I have had no problems with syncing, and I use a Mac, a PC, an IPhone and an IPad. They all stay up to date no matter which one I make changes on.
The only other thing I can think of is making sure your phone settings are set to backup to Dropbox. Open 1P on your phone, go to the MORE tab at the bottom right, choose Settings, choose Sync and make sure Dropbox is selected.
Please let me know what you find out.
Janet

Janet, Have you had problems with 1P not syncing with Dropbox? At least I *think* that's my problem. I have 1P on my iMac running the latest version of Lion. 1P was updated via Mac App Store. After updating 1P I changed where 1P looked for its keychain to Dropbox. 1P did not update the keychain. I then manually added passwords, names of apps and icons to show what websites were what. I thought it updated the keychain in Dropbox. I don't know if it did or not. My 1P plugin in Safari didn't update, 1P for iPhone and iPad didn't update either. I don't which part of 1P isn't syncing. Is it 1P on my iMac that has all my passwords not syncing? Or is it 1P on my iDevices and Safari not seeing or updating to Dropbox? Lastly, could it be that something is corrupt somewhere?
