I hope you're right, Mark, about AT&T being willing to unlock phones out of contract, but I doubt it.
So let me pose another question: Has any member here been successful in getting AT&T to unlock an iPhone which is no longer under AT&T contract? If so, can you please provide book, chapter and verse on when, where and what you did to make that happen? If you do, you'll make a lot of us happy. ;-)
