That is too bad.

I am not convinced that paying extra would alleviate that.

I can now say after about 4 months of getting the 5% text message, this
month it looks like I'm getting slow speed on podcast downloads. This month
the text message came at
5 gig 10 days before end of billing cycle. The speed appears to be about
like edge or 2g.
