I went to school and talked with the principal and gave her the serial
number for the ipod. She talked to the boy who took my son's iPod touch. He
told all kinds of stories until she told him that I'm gonna press charges.
Then he admitted to taking it but says my son gave it to him. I told her
he's lying. She told him that if he doesn't have it in her hands by 8:30
tomorrow that I'm pressing charges.I told her that he grabbed it from my
son's hands and ran away with it and later refused to give it back. She
has a video of the lunch room and she's gonna watch it. If he did snatch
it (I believe my son), then he's in trouble for bullying. She said that
she's contacting his parents either way and if he doesn't return it, she's
gonna write him up theft and try to make them re-imburse me for it.
I'm hoping that he's scared enough to bring it back. What kind of kid is
this that just takes what he wants without regard for others. he's around
13 to 14 years old and he has to know better.
I'll know more tomorrow.
