15 minutes after I complain, I figure it out. Go to iWork.com
log in with your iCloud id, and there are my files. Which I
can up and download.

Subject: [apple-iphone] Moving txt file to iPhone
I have a simple txt file of customer names and phone numbers
in my Windows 7 machine. I wanted that file in my iPhone 4s
as a reference (that I could also edit in the phone). I did
~NOT~ want to clutter up my Phone Contacts file, by
adding these.
I wasted 3 days, reading manuals, playing with iCloud and
iTunes looking for a way to do this.
My final solution was to convert it to a doc file and email
it to my phone. In the phone, I imported it to Pages.
Someone, please tell me an easier way to share work
files between Win7 and iPhone. Apple does it so
elegantly with photos. I see my doc file sitting in
my cloud; but I can't sync it to win7.
