[apple-iphone] What To Do Before Giving Old iPhone To Daughter?

 

I have a new 4S, and I want to give my old 3GS to my daughter, to use in Europe.

1. My 3GS seems to still be synced to my iMac, as it shows the same iCal info, Notes info, Contacts, etc. as the iMac and my 4S. How can I delete the iCal info, Notes info, Contacts, etc. but not the music, from the 3GS without affecting the info on my iMac and my 4S?

2. How can I "de-sync" the 3GS from my iMac, so that it no longer gets my iCal info, Notes info, etc?

3. How can I unlock this AT&T iPhone, so that she can use it in Europe with another carrier?
