Technically no, but if the account is IMAP and you have a filter running on
your Mail client, you could just leave the mail client open and it will
filter it before it makes it to your phone.

Even Google/GMails GREAT Junk filtering does not catch all of these and it
is very annoying when I am in with clients or working with employees or
using iPad and one of these mails come in. I know I can set a filter for
all hotmail.com mail but I there are people who email me from
hotmail.comaddresses so I can't block the entire domain...
