Business Hours Schedule and New Offline Form

 
 

 

No more missed messages outside work hours ✋



Tired of the times you forget to turn off your JivoChat app, only to return to the app later to a bunch of missed messages?

We've solved this. May we introduce the "Business Hours Schedule" where you and your agents can set up your availability and never miss chats again.

The way this works: Agents receive new messages and calls during their designated work availabilities. If there aren't any available agents, all your communication channels will display an "offline" state, but current chats with clients will remain open. Please note that this feature only works with the JivoChat Pro version.

Let your clients fill out an offline form when you're not around ✋


The offline form lets your clients fill out their contact information for you to respond to later. It's really easy to use, check it out! 😉


The offline widget looks like an active chat, the only difference is that the widget offers an offline contact form to fill in. You'll receive all your offline form requests later during your working hours. The default text for your offline form is:

"Hi! We're currently offline. Feel free to leave your contact information and we'll get back to you as soon as we're online again." You can always change the default text in your Settings section. 💫
