Re: [apple-iphone] Podcasts won't download

 

No idea why this came so garbled or without the ending! But I did finally realize it wasn't all podcasts. Just the (many!) WPR (WI Public Radio) shows that won't download. Maybe a funding issue ?

[apple-iphone] Recording phone conversation app

 

Please someone answer this for me.  I ask this question some time ago and found it strange that I did not get any answers at all that I saw.  If it is illegal to have this type app, please let me know.
 
I have an iphone6plus and was looking for an app that would record the conversation over the phone.  I am in Georgia and it is allowed in this state. (I understand that it is not in some).  What I am trying to do is get the information recorded that we are told concerning a house payment for my daughter.  Every time we talk we this group, they change what they are telling me or telling me that no one with that Company would say that.  I just wanted something to play back to them what they had said.
 
But, of course, I do not want to get this type app if I am not suppose to.  I was just not understanding.  Just an honest answer would be greatly appreciated.

This issue is now resolved.  There must have some sort of glitch or hiccup that kept my transaction from completing.


After waiting about two days I tried again and I now have 50 GB of storage.

[apple-iphone] Podcasts won't download

 

The podcast looks like it's downloading, but then I get an error message and a notification that the podcast couldn't download, asking me to "retry" or "done". Just the last couple days, tho it occurs from time to time. Same if I'm on wifi (several different places) or 4G. I checked settings and all seems fine. I tried turning phone off/on. No change. I read to possible "reset" phone but not sure if I'd lose things ... ?

I'd give it a day or two to show up. If it still doesn't, give Customer Service a call. Don't reorder!

I would first check to see if the credit card charge was processed.  If it was, I would then call Apple support.  If it was not, I would repeat the storage upgrade process.  I seem to recall that the storage increase showed up in iCloud on my devices very quickly when I upgraded.
