[apple-iphone] iPone/iPad texts

Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.

My husband bought an iPad Mini two weeks ago and I set it up on my iTunes account.  I have an iPad 2 and an iPhone 5.  What just started to happen a couple of days ago was that he is receiving some of my text messages.  Not all of them, but just some of my responses.  I really don't mind that he sees them, but how do we change this?

I do not have my email set up on his iPad, just his email account.

Thanks for your help.

~~Pat Gravel~~

Your plan is exactly right & the process should be seamless, easy & fairly quick.  I hope that you both enjoy your devices to the max!

Happy Holidays Everyone!

I was wondering what I have to do to transfer all my iPad information to my new iPad Air. I am giving my husband my iPad 2 for Christmas so I want to set it up for his use only. Do I I back up the iPad2 and then set it up as new for him and then use that backup on the new iPad? I just want to make sure that I do this right so that none of my  apps and info are on the one that I am giving him.

Thank You,
Shellie

[apple-iphone] Re: Password Manager for iOS Apps?

I went to check out LastPass but when I went to open it I got the following alert so  was afraid to install it:

"are you sure you want to install the extenstion 'LastPass?'
Install extensions only from  sources you trust.
Extensions can modify the appearance and behavior of Safari and to
access yor private information ad websites."

maybe that is okay but want to be sure before I take the chance.

Then you found a very rare deal, because the discounts are usually very shallow.. Was there any hooks like you had to use a particular carrier?

Do we typically see any kind of "good deals" on the most current iPhone models after Christmas?  I can't remember the situation in previous years & am thinking about buying an iPhone 5s for a family member, but don't particularly want to get it for Christmas.

Re: [apple-iphone] iPhone Price Question

I know they had AT&T and Verizon - didn't check others

The price required a two year contract, of course.
