Set tasks and control the work of your employees
| We launched a new feature titled "Tasks". All tasks are stored here, filtered by date and importance.
The agents can add the task directly to the chat, select the date and time, and set the priority. At the appointed time, they will get a notification to clarify the details and close the deal.
The manager has access to all team members' tasks. So you can set and follow the progression to the goal. Controlling team members' work Monitoring and evaluating the work of employees is the responsibility of the manager. Now it is even more convenient to control the work of agents in JivoChat.
The supervisor has access to clients' chats and can assess an employee's performance. If something goes wrong, you can respond to the client yourself, or write a comment to the agent and tell them how to resolve the issue.
This feature is available only in the professional version of JivoChat. Regards, The JivoChat Team

Re: [apple-iphone] Music Transfer
Apple would like to think that ALL the music on your Ipod has been purchased via the Apple Store and Itunes . If that is the case all your Ipod music would in Itunes and your Iphone would have easy access to all your music . However, if some of your music was obtained from other sources ( ripped CDs, MP3s from friends, etc ) Itunes will prevent you from importing them from your Ipod to the Iphone via Itunes . To get around this you need a third party app . A few times over the years I used CopyTrans and it worked perfectly and easily . You have to buy an annual license , I think it cost about $30 and was well worth it .
