Apple warned developers some time ago that if they did not update their apps they would be removed from the app store and quit working. I would guess that time is up for the developer.

Ah-HA.

This looks like a good solution. Thanks to the previous poster who pasted a link to that AirPod strap at Amazon -- I did a little further searching and found these:

I bet that (and the strap mentioned in the earlier post) would solve my problems!
