Switch to Media Monkey.  It does everything that iTunes should have done - but doesn't.  Amazing free program.  No I don't make money off it.

[apple-iphone] Can't transfer documents in itunes

 

I have synced my iphone 6 plus for ages with itunes. I transfer documents too - notably into the Office Suite app and the Adobe Acrobat app. Suddenly today Word files and Acrobat files will not drag from the PC into those apps in itunes. It's an easy procedure and quite straightforward. It has always worked but today the files won't transfer. 

Itunes 12.4.3.1 has been updated on my Win 7 64 bit setup. The iphone apps have not had new updates for a while. Has the itunes update fouled up something perhaps or is there an easy explanation?

[apple-iphone] Re: Need App Suggestions for Document Synch

 

Can anyone recommend a good app that synchs documents with the phone via lightning cable (Not with WiFi)?

I used to use Documents to Go but now have moved to an office that has wifi wired into the walls. My Windows computer can access it via USB cable and my phone can access it without a cable but there is something about the signal that can't synch documents from my desktop unless connected.
