[apple-iphone] Upgrading to a 4S...need help please

 

Hi All

I am upgrading from my 3GS to a 4S.
Now I have a couple of issues that I need help with
Firstly, how can I get everything from my 3GS to the new phone, without
losing anything.
I cannot go through Itunes and sync, because my computer crashed a couple
of months ago and now I get a message saying my phone is linked to another itunes
library and it will erase all my music if I sync.
I have heaps of music that I do not want to lose.
I can get all my photos off easy...
But what about contacts, notes, etc.
