[apple-iphone] Addition of Contacts on iPhone - Sync w/Outlook

 

I have my iPhone4 set up to sync with Outlook for Mail, Notes, Contacts & Calendar. When I add a contact on my iPhone it does not get added to my Outlook contacts. This has probably been going on for awhile, but I just noticed the problem. How can I solve my dilemma?
